5. Payments & Refunds All payments must be made in full before services begin. Once a payment or booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, as stated in our No Refund Policy. In case of duplicate or erroneous payments, please inform us within 48 hours at nutribalaconnect@gmail.com.
