All payments made to Nutribala by Nutritionist Anjali for consultation sessions, programs, meal plans, or courses are non-refundable. Once a booking, subscription, or payment is confirmed, no refunds or cancellations will be processed under any circumstances. 2. Why We Follow a No Refund Policy Our nutrition programs are personalized and knowledge-based services that begin immediately upon enrolment. Since our work involves time, effort, and custom planning tailored to your individual needs, it is not reversible or reusable for another client. This ensures we maintain fairness, professionalism, and commitment to every client we serve.

3. Rescheduling Policy If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you may request a reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is allowed once per session based on availability. Failure to inform within the specified time will be treated as a completed session with no rescheduling or refund option.

4. Program Transfers Programs or consultations are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or shared with another person.
