I’m a Clinical Nutritionist with a B.Sc. in Foods & Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, Delhi, and an M.Sc. in Foods & Nutrition (batch topper, 75%). I trained at premier institutions including PGI Chandigarh. I worked at Apollo Hospital, and VLCC. To strengthen my foundation, I cleared the UGC-NET and served as Lecturer at SNDT University, Pune, teaching Advanced Nutrition, Therapeutic Nutrition, and Catering Science. Beyond academics, my true passion lies in creating transformations. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of people lose weight, heal Gut issues, reverse Diabetes, and regain confidence—through sustainable, practical diets requiring no separate meals, no artificial supplements, or quick fixes. As the author of "Deskfit Solutions" and "Acidity Free Living", I focus on solving real problems like stress, acidity, bloating, and stubborn weight gain for busy professionals—using simple, science-backed nutrition programs.
